I love this washer .. from quick and easy settings and display to how clean and fresh everything comes out ready for dryer.

It's so quiet and high tech. I can't even here is from the other room. Cleans clothing beautifully. We have boys in sports and makes washing their uniforms fun!

I’m very satisfied with this washer. It’s easy to select the appropriate cycle for the items to be washed, and the manual provided good information if I had any uncertainty about setting up the washing cycle. A minor issue is that the small drawer for detergent at the rear of the opening under the hinge of the lid provides a slightly awkward pour of liquid from the detergent cap, but it’s not a big deal. The whole purchase and delivery process went extremely well.

The machine is easy to use and cleans well. I like the little tune that plays when the load is done. It is quiet, but easily heard.

We bought this washer at the BB Outlet store. Got a great deal on a machine in near-mint condition. We were looking for an LG specifically due to top CR reviews. This one had a few minor cosmetic blemishes which we can live with in exchange for a significant discount. The machine itself is a workhorse with great capacity. It has excellent capacity and does a great job on our clothes and large items such as bedding, dog blankets, sofa covers, etc. Also, cycles much faster than our old front-loading machine.

The Maytag it replaced died after only less than five years, so no Maytag ever again, and after we bought a half-dozen Samsung appliances and had half of them fail in less than six years, I'm not ever doing Samsung again, either. This LG model got lots of excellent reviews, so we shall see. At this point, all I can say is it's working well after a month.

Bought this to replace a twenty five year old Kenmore, it washed the clothes for our family of seven. It is an agitator, and has two dials. The new machine is a very different approach to washing. The clothes come out clean, it uses less water, the deep tub is nice. It would be great if this lasts twenty five years, I’ll be ninety one.

This machine really cleans, including white sheets that used to come out of the wash still dirty. It’s very quiet too

This washer is amazing! It is getting clothes clean that I thought were beyond hope! This washer is replacing a washer that was only 3 years old and just wasn’t effective. I’m really noticing that now that I’ve started using this LG. When I was researching washers I kept reading mixed reviews on this set, but the it my faith in the consumer report review and I’m VERY glad I did!

So far, we love this machine! As far as these new "efficient" machines go, this model is a good one. Does an excellent job of washing our articles quickly. The 4.5 Cu.Ft. tub is more than large enough. The machine did take some getting used to. This slow turning, "weighing the load," seems to unnecessarily lengthen the washing time, but, overall, it washes as fast as our old machine. But, the machine does the job we bought it for. For that, I give it 5 stars. I would recommend this machine to family and friends.
