Nice and big washer tub, speed cycle to a heavy duty cycle. Cloths come out clean. There is a tub cleaning cycle also.

Great machine - is quiet and uses a small amount of water. It has a deep tub and is great for cleaning sheets and blankets

We bought this washer and the matching dryer (gas versions) almost a year ago to the day. At first the washer was awesome, and it was so smooth and quiet it seemed to not even be running compared to the old one (that had lasted about 10 years before being replaced with this.) But lately the spin cycle is not balanced. It shakes terribly and is very noisy, but is not stopping or giving the UE unbalanced load error. The tubs seems to tilt tot he right no matter what. The unit is standing straight, and I can only get the tub to balance center by tilting the washer to the left side at an exaggerated level. I expect with this level of vibration during spin it's only a matter of time before it starts causing problems. I guess we'll see how it goes but I probably won't buy another similar design from LG next time. My old cheap GE set that proceeded this lasted a decade without any problems. Stuff just isn't made to last anymore.

Washing machine works great! So far, quiet and powerful. Enjoy washing the bedding and does the job!

My wife and I needed a new washer and dryer after moving into our new place, and walking through the store display we spotted this washer (luckily on sale). After getting it home, it did take us a little trial and error to figure ou the different settings, but once learned it is super simple to operate. It thoroughly and efficiently washes everything we need it too, and it's even bug enough to was our comforter! We can hardly hear it run sitting right above it on the main floor. At this time, I would definitely recommend purchasing this washer.

Runs much quieter and holds a lot more clothes than my old washer. I like the top loading as compared to my old front loader.

We bought this washing machine to replace a 15 year old machine that needed repair. The first washing machine I have owned without an agitator. Fantastic capacity.

This washer is so quiet I have to go in to see if it is still running. It does a great job on cleaning and the spin cycle is so fast that the cloths come out damp dry so I also save on dryer time. It seems that there is not enough water in it to cover the cloths but they all come out clean so it is just a misconception based on the old machine and its 3 water levels. I like the glass top so I can see what is going on inside.

Very large capacity washing machine. Gets clothes clean and the machine is also very quiet. I would recommend this product.

I have put a queen comforter and bed sheets. Quite surprise how much clothes can fit in.Spin could wring better,but so far cleans clothes well.

This is one of them agitator-less units. Its a high capacity and get the job done so far we like it after almost two years

Very easy to use, dial lights up, great simple functions and operates extremely quiet.

Purchased in mid-November 2020. So far excellent washing machine. It took me while to get the hang of it but now, it's great. It is a larger washer than the one I had so I have not had to use it as much. It is taller than my previous one so be aware. The impeller appears to move the clothes as well as an agitator. Very nice wash machine. I enjoy the settings and how clean my clothes are after each cycle. It’s very quiet and efficient.
