Great washer with the capability of doing small and large loads. Easy to navigate through all the washing options. Very quiet.

Got a lot of the features of some of the more expensive washers, but at a more moderate price. Made for water and energy efficiency this machine actually will not completely cover your clothes in water on the deafult setting. In my opinion unless you have really dirty clothes this doesn't matter as everything ends up wet in the end, but my girlfriend insists on the clothes being completely submerged. There is another setting that you toggle on and adds sufficient amount of water to cover. Bedding towels and blankets all wash good in here as well. No complaints, easy to setup and install.

We wind up adding extra water sometimes to ensure the clothes get covered and it seem slower then our old washer. It is exceptionally quite and does a great job of cleaning.

This washing machine is perfect. LG has made a great product. Our water use has gone down dramatically since using this washing machine. We are absolutely impressed with how quiet it is. Sometimes you can’t even hear it running. We wanted a top loading washer that had the same features as a front loading washer. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend it to others looking to purchase a new top loading washer.

This washer is easy to use and has many useful features. Also has great load capacity great for blankets and large comforters.

Washing machine. Love it so far. For a senior citizen its a whole new learning experience. Cleans clothes very good. First washer I have ever had without an agitator. Choose this particular washer because of high rating from Consumer Reports. Price was reasonable. Delivery guys were great. I do love Best Buys Geek Squad. Very dependable.

Washer seems to be working well but we’ve only done half a dozen loads since it was installed in late September. It is a learning experience with the new HE washer. Lower water levels, no agitator, rest periods during the wash cycle are all new to us. Of course we are coming from using a 30+ year old machine. Hope to try all the various options in the next few weeks. One big improvement we noticed immediately is how quiet the machine is.

Was nervous about a washer with no agitator, but so far working out well. Very quiet, efficient. Great customer service with purchase, delivery and set up.

Fast cycles and very quiet. Great for small and heavy loads. Has light soil and heavy soil cycles that save lots of water.
