I was under the impression that front-loading washers are the only good options. Because of the transparent lid, one can see the load. In addition, being a top-loader, there are less concerns about water leaks. It also requires less space than a front-loader. In addition, the washer is extremely quiet.

I have only had one load so far give me an error read and it was my fault I had some sweaters in with some light weight items. But it was easy to remove the sweaters and restart the load! And our salesman was amazing on helping us find the right set. We originally came in for a dryer but he sweet talked my husband into the set! Which I am grateful for!

Gets clothes clean

However they are pretty tangled at the end if you do a full load. They are spun pretty dry but I find I can’t hang any to dry as they are too wrinkled. Some items that get really clingy in the dryer even with dryer sheets I like to hang to dry. Also a full load is too much for the dryer—again they end up wrinkled if you don’t get them all out immediately. Otherwise simple to use and has many options including a slower spin.
