Brought washer for my mother-in-law as a replacement. She wanted a step up in features from what she had before while still providing ease of use. She has been able to use it without fuss, and it certainly had ample room.

So pleased with the size of this washer. I was looking for a washer large enough to wash a queen sized comforter and this has more than enough space. I switched from front load to this top load after researching and I am very pleased. I’ve had the washer for about a month and I have no complaints!

Quiet and efficient. Drum is a little deep for short people.

This is a very nice washer and a wonderful upgrade from our 22 yr old one we replaced. Works very well with lots of options. Not a "smart" device, but can download app for helping with diagnosing issues as well as connecting to Alexa Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend

Still getting used to some of the features, but so far everything is as promised. Does not use a lot of water or energy but clothes come out just as clean or better than my old machine (which was a water hog)! And it is entertaining too. The first time we used it we just stood and watched it wash our clothes thru the glass top. Fascinating!

One year and the machine is running well. My clothes are clean no matter the load size, and I save water and energy with it's advanced technology. The options on the touchscreen are easy to use and customize with each wash. I haven't had any issues so far, so I'm hoping that stays the same for the next few years.

I love this washer. WE had previously had an entry level Maytag with an agitator. This design is so much better. It cleans the clothes better and it's auto sensing load AI is good, washes and SPIN dries the clothes very well so it puts less stress on my old dryer.

Works Great, And easy to use, Great style, and low noise.

On the plus side, this washer can handle a bulky queen-sized comforter with no difficulty. On the down side, it is so deep that I must stand on a foot stool to reach items at the bottom of its cavernous interior. Have had it 2 weeks, still experimenting with settings.

I bought this washer summer of 2020 to replace a 6 year old similar LG washer. I was told by my appliance repair guy LG's were the best. He said he couldn't repair the squealing noise so I bought another LG. It is very noisy when washing and filling up with water. Annoying!! My washer is on second floor and it sounds like a helicopter is coming through the ceiling when it is washing. I have had to start loads over many times due to UE unbalancing issues. Unfortunately there is no button selection for the bleach white only wash option like on my old washer. There is a a bleach opening on the left side in the front when you open the lid. There is no Spin only option I can select to spin the water out load only like on my old washer. It is a huge washer so I can fit my queen sized comforter in it. It does make squeaking noises when it was washes occasionally. Overall I will not be buying another LG after the extra warranty expires and it brakes down beyond repair.

After my 50-year-old Maytag washer finally rusted through, I feared that any new washer would be more technically complicated than I needed. This LG is a pleasant surprise. It's been easy to figure out. I've tried various types of laundry loads, and they've all turned out fine. Very happy so far.

Wow this washer fits a lot of laundry!! The tub is huge without taking up extra space in the room. I’m short, so it’s a definite stretch to reach the bottom...but nothing I can’t overcome. The wash cycle is a little louder than I was expecting. Overall happy with my choice of this washer.

When my 23 year old washer gave up on me I debated on having it fixed or purchase a new one. After reading the reviews on Best Buy as well as Consumer Reports I decided to purchase this. I am so happy I did. It is quite and I am able to save on water bills!
