The machine works fine...even better now that my plumber returned and fixed the incorrect hot/cold hook ups. I had trouble washing a cold only load because I had hot water coming in--it was the hook up, not the machine. But that brings me to the 4 star review...these new machines do not let you interrupt the cycles at any and every point to drain and spin if for some reason you need to do that. And they should. No machine should be so totally in charge that the human is out of the decision loop. So unless someone tells me how to override the instructions so I can tell it STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING, drain, and spin right NOW--it will not get a full rating from me. No machine will.

Does the job well. Big deep tub. Quiet. Would buy again.

So far the washing machine works great. It actually holds a great deal more than my old machine so I wash less frequently, which is difficult for me to get use to. As of now I consider this a perfect choice. I am glad the sales associate recommended it.

Though initial in-store visit was not satisfying, my return visit and help by Diana P was everything it should be. I now have been using my washer/dryer and love them. So glad I got the 7100 set. The features are everything one needs to have clean laundry in an efficient manner.

Got as a direct replacement of a 2017 model. GET THE DANG WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY IS YOU PURCHSE. Overall nice Washer, delivery was within a couple of days compared to other competitors who stated 4 to 6 weeks. Pricey but more than adequate for now. 4.5 Cu Ft is good for a small family.

Bought this at the suggestion of our appliance repair man to replace a Maytag that only lasted 5 years. Huge capacity and nice control panel. Only complaint is the depth of the basket. Shorter people have a hard time reaching down into the bottom to retrieve clothes and need a step stool. We haven't had it very long so i can't comment about reliability

Quiet and cleans well. Cycles are a bit long, but efficient.

Product provides on all points I found in reviews. Good cleaning power with enough water to get the clothes wet. Previous model from a different manufacturer didn't get all the load wet. Provides plenty of wash options and can handle large loads.

This lg washer is definitely different from my old washer. It measures your wash load and decides whether you used the correct settings? It washes well and I would recommend this washer

Bought this as a replacement for a 15 year old washer. Was looking fro something easy to use but able to handle a lot of the advanced functions. As far as I am concerned, this one hit all the marks. Add in that the pricing was very good and it was a win all around. So far no issues, and seems to be well built.

Much better washer than our previous Cabrio. It is very very quiet, uses less detergent, and holds to it’s cycle-time...Our Cabrio would always “lie” and extend... I do miss the delay-start which was handy for overnight washes. One other drawback is that if you’re 5’ tall you may struggle a bit to reach socks at the bottom of the tub so I pulled a star accordingly.

What a great washer. Easy to hook up. Easy to use. Works even without the agi- tator, unlike wiki says. The help I received from the delivery guys was outstanding. They were extremely cooperative. Also the tub size is just right for my family. I will rec- omend this washer to anybody.

I brought this washer and it amazes me how much this washer can hold! The capacity of this washer makes a large towel load look a lot smaller and it uses less water. I know longer have to for o the laundry to watch my king size blanket. I’m happy with this my purchase of this washer and I don’t think anyone could be disappointed.

Easy to use. Get clothes clean. A tune is played when the clothes are finished.

I have had this LG washer and dryer for about two months now and I am loving them! They are quiet and they do a great job of cleaning my clothes in a shorter amount of time than my old set. And I really like the little tune that plays when they are done, instead of just a buzzer noise!
