Our new LG washer has already proved beneficial with washing large loads. Our dogs jumped on the bed with wet dirty feet the bedspread/comforter fit nicely in the large capacity tub. We would usually go to a laundromat with this large load. Again we scored at Best Buy with their great products.

It’s a good basic machine. Like that it does not have an agitator. Two minor issues is the drawer for the detergent seems flimsy and you must make sure it’s pushed in or the detergent will not empty completely also blankets need to be placed evenly or the machine will go off balance. Other than those items I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

My old washer was an upright and it died. I bought this washer with the salesperson's help and boy it was a great decision. My clothes come out clean and I can't wait to see what water bill is going to be. It uses a lot less water that's for sure.

I got this unit to replace my 20 yr old Whirlpool that I had to fix multiple times until the transmission finally broke. I have been very happy with this purchase. It is much easier to use and my kids even enjoy doing their own laundry now. It is very quiet and easy to use.

This washer is worth every penny. We didn't know how badly the old washers performed until we had the LG washer. It's great at getting dirt and grime out of work clothes. We can see and feel the difference in all of our laundry. I highly recommend!

I am disappointed that the dirty wash water slowly drains through the supposedly clean clothes. I feel I always have to use the extra rinse button. Otherwise it seems to clean clothes well. I did do my research on line and was disappointed by the reviews for many brands. The LG 7100 seems to be the best.

have had it for 1 month. impressive! very large tub and since there is no center spindle no unbalanced loads. seems to be able to sense how much water to add so is saving water.controls are straight forward and easy. as of now would absolutely recommend.

gets clothes clean and works well, takes a LONG time to balance some loads. This may be normal for a washer without an agitator but i'm not used to it. Kept adding time over and over again. Otherwise no complaints.

This washer is easy to operate and has a very good capacity. A little deep to reach clothes at the bottom of the tub, but not impossible. I have been using this for some time now and am very pleased with my decision to purchase.

Great washer, work very well, quiet cycle, conserve water

So far so good, I purchased the machine during the memorial day sale that Best Buy was having. The machine also matches my dryer really well. I am happy with my new wash machine. I was pleased with the shipping and the removal of my old one.

First it is quiet and after that we are so happy we replaced our washer. I can wash a comforter and anything else. Good selection of speeds,load levels ,length of time with extra rinses. I am a very pleased laundry queen

I've only had this a few weeks but so far I'm extremely happy with it. It's easy to operate and has lots of options for specific laundry needs. I'd give it 5 starts but my clothes seem to come out more wrinkled than they did with my previous washer. Overall though, I'd give it 4 1/2 stars.

I can not believe all the room in this washer. I probably fit 1-1/2 times what I normally used to wash at one time. I really like the top loading feature opposed to the front loading machine I had before. The see through top is also an added benefit.

This washer can handle it, whatever you might be putting in the washing machine. No "knocking" with large loads, or imbalance issues. Cleans as well as any modern style washer, in my opinion. Kudos to Best Buy for the excellent transaction and customer service.

We are doing less laundry now which is a huge plus. The large capacity drum can hold a ton of clothes. Gets our clothes clean and pretty dry during the spin cycle. This aids in faster drying time so less time in the dryer. I felt like we always had clothes to wash before but with this combo we are always caught up. Great combo, highly recommended.

We got this washer, based on ratings from a major consumer magazine, when our old Maytag gave up the ghost. It looked strange without the center agitator, but this made loading and unloading easy. From reading other reviews I knew that the tub did not fill up with water, but only filled with enough for the weight of the clothes. The controls are very straightforward (and we especially like the "bedding" cycle that allows us to wash bulky items like pillows and coats). We have noticed that we don't have to run the dryer as long as previously because the faster spin on the washer takes out more water. We like the end of cycle musical reminder so that the clothes don't sit in the washer and get wrinkles. We think we got an excellent value for the price.
