I like the LG washer. I think it’s a good machine for the money. I do wish we had chosen the one with more options. That has nothing to do with the washing machine’s performance that we have. It does everything well that it says it will do.

Works well and gets the job done. Detergent tray will sometimes be filled with water after a load but it's not an issue. Would also prefer physical buttons but the touch controls work well and I haven't had a problem with them.

Don’t need a ton of features, was tired of rewashing clothes in old washer. This is exactly what I needed, takes less time to wash, and clothes come out much cleaner than old washer. I can easily wash my king size comforter in this. It’s perfect for me. Highly recommend.

We love this machine! We originally purchased the 5.5 Cu. Ft. version of this and the drum was so big I could barely reach the bottom even on tippie toes, and I'm 5'7"! So we exchanged it for this "smaller" version which still has a huge drum. I've always had washers with the regular agitator so I was skeptical about this one, but I have to tell you it works great! The clothes are squeaky clean and it's hypnotic to watch it work through the glass on the door. It regulates itself with the water level which is awesome for us and conservation, but if you want more water that is an option too. I love that you can customize everything. And the thing is so quiet. Since it balances itself, you NEVER hear banging during the spin cycle. We are so happy with our purchase and hope it lasts a long time.

Excellent capacity to now take double the clothes compared to my old washer. It is a little steep so I have to tip toe to get the clothing on the bottom of the washer. The spin cycle is a little louder than my old machine but overall a great buy.

I am loving my new washer. The large drum and no agitator means there’s more room in the tub for clothes or bedding. I have even found that I was able to wash a queen sized quilt at home rather than going to a laundromat. Very happy with this machine.

We put in our clothes in dirty and they come out clean. It's done with out using a lot of water. The new washer is also gentle on the clothes. There is no agitator. We enjoy the chimes letting us know our clothes are finished.

I love this machine because it's a basic washing machine: does the job of cleaning clothes beautifully without unneeded (and costly) bells and whistles. Consumer Reports rated it highly, and I agree. Quiet, holds a TON of laundry.

We've only had our appliances for a month now so I'm not sure how valued our opinion will be, but they're great. they wash and dry as expected. one Sweet little touch is the little jingle the washer plays when its done :D

I love my new washer! So far, I have zero complaints about it. I’m not great with technology and was intimidated by this as I came from one of the old school washers with a knob. It’s so easy to use and get everything nice and clean.

I especially love no spindle in the middle for clothing or sheets to get twisted and tangled on. Also love the see-through glass lid, and the amazing variety of settings. A win-win for our family!!

We are replacing a front loading machine so decided to go with an impeller instead of an agitator. This machine works great. Clothes come out clean, fresh and without a lot of wrinkles. I would definitely recommend this machine.

I had an old crappy one and upgraded to this beauty. It’s pretty quiet even with a good load of clothes. Only reason why I didn’t give it full 5 stars was because the wash settings are a little bit tricky, to be able to use a certain setting I have to do a whole other wash setting. Overall it’s a great washer.

The washing machine is everything I need and gets everything super clean. The written manual is insufficient. I could use better instructions which cover all the possible options and how to manage errors. It is largely a trial and error learning curve.

The inside of this tub is so big. No more having to take your blankets and comforters to the laundry mat. This washer has plenty of room. Saves big on water too. Very easy to use and self programs by a touch of your finger. Easy Peazy.

No problems at all with this washer. Quiet machine and seems to be an energy saver. Good capacity , may be difficult to reach down for a small person. The value for this washer was excellent, given the features.

I absolutely love this washing machine. I had a pretty crummy machine for years so this is like a dream. It cleans the clothes beautifully and uses only a necessary amount of water. I would highly recommend this washing machine.

We use it for everything, enormous capacity. Horse blankets, dog beds and delicates all the same. It even has a setting to clean the tub itself. And a speed wash if you’re in a hurry for lightly soiled clothes. Great delivery guys and easy install.

Would have preferred a few more choices but so far it is doing a good job for my rather limited needs though I have not had it for long enough to really know how good it is. One thing I find difficult is that the control panel is difficult to see if in a low light situation - I need a flashlight to see it adequately
