I have used all of the features on this washer at least once, to test everything, So far, everything has functioned as stated. All of the different things washed has cleaned very well. Very happy with this washer and with this purchase.

The salesman was very helpful with my decision in buying a washer. My washer was delivered within 3 days by professional men. My LG washer is wonderful and I’m enjoying it.I actually like to wash clothes again!

The LG looks nice. Not as loud as our older washer. The clothes do not feel as soft using the fabric softener dispenser as it did using my previous front load washer. Clothes do not feel as clean either. Not sure why but it may be the way the washer drains in the final stages or this type agitator. I am 5 feet tall and reaching the bottom to remove clothes is a bit challenging. I use a clothes hanger hook to get the clothes in the lower section out. Overall the washer works okay. A trade off between a front loader algae build up problem and this type top load agitator system.

It’s a large capacity washer which is exactly why i wanted it. when it got installed the technician ran a cycle and left the manual inside so it got ruined so there are some things i have to look up every now and then. but very happy!

Our previous washer was a front loader and you had to keep the door open all the time so it would dry out and not have a odor when you opened the door. This top loader capacity is huge and I don’t have to leave it open.

Great new washer. I like that it adjusts the load and decides how much water is needed. Quiet. Probably the only problem I have my arms are too short, almost have to climb in to get stuff from the bottom.

The washer fits alot of clothes. I used to have to do laundry daily for a family of 4, but now I can wait 2 days. It weighs the items and sets its self on how long the washing time is. It takes the guess work out of what size load.

So quiet! And I love the tune it plays at the end of the cycle. The clothes get just as clean as if there were a thrasher in it. This model is much kinder to the clothes. The short cycle is a great feature.

I absolutely love my new washer. I was a little skeptical about it not having an agitator but it works very well & I like how quiet it is. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the drum is so deep, I have a hard time reaching the clothes (But that’s a short girls problem).

Love, love, love this top load washer! Clothes are clean, the spinning insures they are nearly dry. The controls are easy to use and a hoot! With the glass top, it is the best show in town!

The washer is large and cleans well. I like to wash my clothes and hang them up right away so that they dry without wrinkles, but the washer wrings out what seems like for me too much water and the clothes come out with wrinkles that do not come out when they are hung up. Otherwise I find it to be a good product.

Drive belt system rocks. Product seems to balance itself pretty not much knocking like other washers in the past. Clothes almost comes out dry it gets spun so well. Wifi status interface is nice and shows the user status.

Works just I expected. Accommodates heavy load. I am short, so I need a footstool to reach the bottom. For my height, the front load would be better. Otherwise, it works very well.

Love the no slam lid this has. The basin is stainless steel which I love. It washes great & I like the short melody it plays when it’s done. The only thing that disappointed me was no tracker to tell you when to do a clean cycle. My old washer had this. So I have to keep track & remember when to clean it.

i wanted a large capacity washer that i could wash my king size quilts in at home and this washer has the space needed and cleans very well. happy with this washer

Exchanged a terrible Samsung washer for this LG model, and it was definitely an upgrade. The touchscreen where the water level/temp control is located is dark and can be hard to read in low light, but everything else about the washer works well.

Love this washing machine! I should have upgraded years ago! Will take big loads and gets them very dry after spin. I can literally do laundry twice as fast because I can take bigger loads and they drive faster.

I really like this washer! Never had a washer with this technology. Love the glass lid. Spent the first day just watching what it does thru the lid, too cool! It's also quiet, the last washer I had was really noisy.

I love this washer it's quiet and quick. It's very spacious inside and it doesn't take up a lot of room. Nice and deep, sometimes I have to be on my tippy toes to take out the clothes, lol

This Top Loader LG Washer holds more laundry than our previous front loading washer, and it's easier to put laundry in and take out from the top. Nice, clean-looking design, and easy to use.
