I have enjoyed having this new washer without the center spinner. I am able to wash pillows, comforters, blankets and rugs without getting ruined! Plus, it is so quiet!

I trust Consumer reports and this was recommended. I purchased a set and both were way less expensive than 10 year old LGs I am replacing. Many loads a day, good capacity, bigger and clean with more power being top loader

I've had this washer for a few months, there are plenty of cycles, it's energy and water efficent, and relative quiet. I've been happy with this washer, and at some point, will buy the matching dryer.

This washer is huge. I was a little concerned with me using it. But now I love it. I love the brand. I love how it shows how many more minutes you have left. Also the chime isn’t bad. Lol overall I would purchase this again.

I love this washing machine. It is so quiet and does a great job getting my clothes clean. I've noticed that I don't have to dry the clothes as long as I used to because they are spun very well in the washer. I would highly recommend this washer.

I find the washer to be excellent in performance, but a bit confusing in some functions, such as soaking clothes. I wish the manual was more specific to users, but I am very satisfied overall.

Just received this washer...did 3 loads already. Love it! Great size, fits a large, large load. Cleans well. Also, had to compliment the delivery men. They did a great job in record time!

Overall very please with this washing matching. It has a small profile and is quiet. The direct drive technology is a plus and the drum is nice and deep so heavy bedding is no issue.

This washer is great for the price. Perfect for those on a budget. If you have extra to spend... move up to one with more features and that is quieter. Cleans well - great deal for the price. 4 stars only b/c of the lack of features... but it is what it says it is.

I finally gave up on what I thought would be a dependable brand with this LG. So far so good. In the beginning the controls were not as intuitive but figured it out. Quiet while it does its job.

Great washer it’s very stylish and holds a lot of clothing. It did for whatever reason tear one of my bathroom mats. But I’ve not had any issues with any clothing. I really like that I am able to fill the water all the way up and wash the clothing properly.

This washer is the best washer we have ever had. It is very quiet and is very well balanced. It has a little song it plays at the end of cycle that is pretty loud, so you can hear when it’s done.

The washing machine is working great. My only complaint is with the length of the drain hose - it was too short and very difficult to change as it attaches inside the back of the machine requiring removal of back panel and dealing with a plastic plate in the wall it passes through. The manufacturer does not make a longer hose. In all the information and measurements available regarding this machine prior to purchase, there is no mention regarding the length of this hose. I’ve been in this house 28 yrs with the washer in the same spot without a problem. The crew that brought in the new machine could not help me and advised I needed a Plummer. I now had to hire additional help to address this issue.

Love this machine. It has a variety of useful settings to fit any type of load, but not extraneous ones that sound good but are not needed. The ones we are have used work very well. Clothes come out clean and well rinsed.

I LOVE the large capacity. I don't care for some of the settings, like the hot water option-or lack of, but very happy with the performance. I am short so it is hard to get the clothing from the bottom of the tub out, but I have a stool that helps.

Everything is great so far! Had it about a month with no issues. Everything is very easy to do. Make sure you go online and read the full details on every cycle and setting via the QR code in the manual!

I was confused by the smart technology but the quality of the wash is amazing compared to what I was using

Chose this washing machine based upon consumer ratings and very glad we did. Easy to use and the see through lid is an added bonus. Nice tune plays at the end of the cycle.

This machine replaced a he machine that was a front loader. I live the fact that this machine doesn’t walk across the floor due to vibration. Clothes clean well and so far I’m happy with my purchase.

We ought this LG washer, along with a dryer, about a month ago. It has a large wash capacity and doesn't have an agitator in the middle, so it can handle throws and comforters too. It's fairly quiet when operating, which is also a good feature.
