Washer machine works great. Very happy with Best Buy on my appliance purchases. The delivery has worked out great every time.

Clothes come out with surprisingly few wrinkles. It's quiet, and when it's finished it even plays a whimsical little time to let you know it's done.

Loving my new washer/dryer. It has the newest technology, but simplified to easily operate for anyone. Lots of room, no more running comforters to laundromat.

I've used this LG combo for about a month now. They both work great and are easy to use. Very quiet as well. I had another brand in the past and much prefer LG.

Is very deep I need a step stool or have to stand on tip toes to get cloths out. Great for large families. The machine is very easy to use

Awesome washer. It’s been a while since I purchased a new washer. This particular unit does what it’s expected to do. I’m happy that it has pre set modes but you can also customer the settings as you wish- water temp, and spin and soil level. Pretty cool that the lid has a “diamond glass” you can view as your clothes get washed. An added plus is that it plays a tune to let you know when a cycle is completed.

Love, Love my new washer! It is very quiet and handles bulky items like comforters easily. The fast wash cycle is great also. I would highly recommend this product.

It’s an average washer and dryer. I guess I’m old school but for the money it very basic. I do like it and it cleans the clothes and I like that it doesn’t make a lot of noise.

Have been using it for close to a month now. Feels good and makes no sound! Got multiple options and spacious as well

I have had this machine for about 6 months now. Within the first month, I was already having trouble. The load was becoming unbalanced and would start the whole 55 minute cycle over again. It did this 3 times on the same load. When I contacted LG about this. They said it was the soap sensor detecting that soap was still in the load, even though I don’t use a ton of detergent.For some reason, even when I wash the laundry on “cold” the water still comes out warm. Also, I’m not sure how clean the clothes are getting. They don’t smell like fresh linen but they don’t smell dirty, even using tide detergent. My child had an accident and it took 3 washes to get the pee smell out of the pants. The plus side, you can fit a lot of clothes in 1 load and I don’t have the same issue of water level as many of the complaints say.

This washer is the best I’ve had in a very long time. Seems very durable, it’s quiet and overall just does a great job.

Quality product and very user friendly. Installation was simple and delivery was quick and they even took away old unit!

Easy to use....just read the directions. Follow cleaning instructions. Hopefully it will last longer than the Kenmore that failed within 7 years.

So far, I am very happy with the washer. it does a nice job cleaning and has some pretty good features - plus it plays you a little song when it's done washing!
