This washing machine is too rated by Consumer Reports and now I know why. Excellent price for superior performance

Our washer (same one, but 5yrs older) went out, so I just ordered the latest version. Works great! No issues after 6 months

Bought this unit as we have other LG products and love them. The washer is great and does everything we wanted plus the price was right.

Easy to use with the dial to select the cycle. Nice to have the clear top so I can see inside without having to open the cover

We had a top-of-the-line LG washing machine that was a few years old (7) that finally broke down (motherboard), so we decided to stick to the LG brand since we loved ours. We like this washer a lot, it just doesn’t have as many features as we would have liked and what we were used to. For example, there’s only 3 water temperature settings, as opposed to 5 on some washers. It has the basic wash cycles, nothing special. Of course we knew these things when we purchased it; we just didn’t realize how much we’d miss those extra features. It’s a good washing machine for the money though! The spin cycle is amazing! The clothes come out almost dry!

We were hesitating getting a washer without an agitator but we are glad we did,tons of room cuts down on total loads

Great machine. Easy to use, but it is loud. Shockingly loud. I am good at drowning out white noise, but it still stocks me as to how loud it can get while spinning.

This washer looks so good and elegant. I can do big loads of laundry which in return saves me time. My family is happy with it. No issues so far.

This washer is quiet which was really important. It’s large capacity makes washing quicker and our clothes are cleaner.

Needed a new washer cause the daughter broke the old one. This one is a little bigger. And uses ledss water. Will save me i the long run.

This was such an easy process at the BestBuy Outlet. The prices were great. Our washer had some dents but none we felt would impede in the actual function of the machine. The salesperson was happy to help us and made sure we had all the hoses and things we may need. Delivery was easy as well. They brought it in, set it up and left within 15 minutes. The washer has been great since we got it home. We recommend shopping at the Best Buy outlet. Be sure to ask questions.

This drum model washes better than an older model as it seems to be able to agitate. It is also pretty smart about water usage.

I have had this machine for almost 6 mos. Delivery was on time, install guys wear very polite and respectful. washes our laundry perfectly, and clothes feel barely wet at end of the wash cycle. Very deep tub, I am 5'2" so reaching in to grab socks to put in the dryer I have to stand on my tippy toes (any shorter then you may need a step stool LOL). I LOVE this machine ! The little tune it plays when the wash is done was a nice added surprise.

I had been fighting with my 17 year old agitator washer over knotting up clothes and getting off balance but did not want a front load washer. The LG top load with an impeller is just what I hoped it would be. It is large enough for bigger loads and it washes gently and there is no knotting of laundry. I was a little skeptical of the low water amount, but my laundry is clean and washed well. I have had the washer for three weeks and I am very pleased with its performance.

So far so good , the LG washer has been washing our clothes without any problems, it’s quiet while it’s washing and doesn’t bounce around like our old washer

Purchased as a gift for my stepdaughter. I’ve been at her new home while it’s running and it’s pretty quiet. She loves it.

I like this machine because it seems to save energy and it does a good job. Also it’s very quiet and looks super modern. Good value for the price
