I am 5'4" and have a little trouble reaching the bottom of the drum. I also bought the dryer and if I fill the washer with clothes below the fill line the load is too big for the dryer. So, only fill the washer to 1/2 or 3/4 full so the load will not be too big for the dryer. Be sure to keep the top open after washing so it dries out and doesn't end up smelling. Has great options.
