We purchase a less expensive washer that was in stock. It was taking 2 to 3 hours longer to do laundry. My wife was unhappy with this. We told Best Buy. The LG washer we originally wanted was now available and Best Buy made an exchange and we paid the difference. This is what good customer is all about. Thank you Best Buy.

I read a few reviews and many said the same thing. It doesn't make sense to try to keep clothes cold and to rinse them in hot water. I had the sales person call her LG contact and he said that because we live in the desert, we have hotter cold water. We wash at night, and owned our old washer for over 12 years. It never rinsed hot on the cold wash setting. I have owned this for about 3 weeks. It would be good to have the LG reps know what is going on.

When I sold my home, the new buyer wanted them to stay with the house. They still looked great and ran beautifully. So buying LG again was an easy decision. I expect this pair to last for a very long time as well. Best Buy ran them on sale and the buying process, delivery and hook up was 5 star all the way.
