Wish I had spent the extra money on a different set. You can follow the directions and do exactly what it states you are to do and whale...nothing changes, nothing happens...it's like they are dumb buttons not smart buttons (what they call them). Would really like to swamp them out.

Really like the ability to view what is going on through the top 'window'. Makes interesting sounds which take some getting used to, but I like the melody that indicates the wash has finished. Very deep tub and the bottom is hard to reach for a very short person (under 5 feet tall). I use a small step ladder or stool to reach the clothes in the bottom.

However, we weren't crazy about it. Had to bend over to unload it. Also, if the door wasn't left open, a moldy oder would develop. This top loader is easy to load and unload and it can do larger loads than the front loader. No oder so far.

I like the new washing machine. My only complaint is that the LG Manuel that came with it is not very helpful. It only gives basic info about how to use it. Needs to give more details for use. I also looked online and didn’t find any additional information.
