Wish I switched many years ago. I can now put the laundry in, turn it on and not worry about it spilling over or going out of balance and flooding my laundry room. Very happy with the free time I now have because of it.

The tub is deep and hard to reach bottom for anyone under 5'5''. The water does not fill like the old machines, it barely covers the clothes, but still gets the clothes clean. No problems with this machine at all. Have used it at least 20 times since purchasing it almost two months ago.
