I am very happy with my machines. I had my husband make me a small stool because the tub is so deep, but absolutely love them. Our representative answered all our questions and we looked at many machines. She seemed to have all the answers. Our representative was Cindy Green

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read reviews on this washer b4 buying. some said it didn't fill up enough on water. but what I noticed it started out low in water in my opinion and then when it paused I noticed it filled more which was good. so my guess the sensor knows when to add water and when not to. though on the bedding cycle I thought it put in to much water and thought it would over fill above tub, but did not. but so far so good. ask me again in a year and see where it stands...

There is a slight learning curve, because it doesn't work like any washer we've ever seen before. The only drawback is that to get the full user guide is to go to lg.com. I can't download it only read it online. Both of my security software will not allow it to be downloaded because they say it is not safe,

Gets the Job Done

My only concern was that I do feel the washer's standard water fill volume is a little too low. However, everything I've thrown at it does appear to be getting cleaned, without any residues being left behind. I do love the "no center post" agitation method, even though that was an initial concern of cleaning capabilities. All in all, this is a great washer for the price.
