Great washer at a really good price

Based on past experience we took his advice and bought it. Several days later we went back and bought the matching LG dryer. Both were installed on the same day and we are up and running.

Excellent mschine

This is an excellent washer and so quiet. No learning, put in the clothes, set the cycle, let the washer do the work. Going to buy the matching Dryer soon.

Does a good job but hard to use control panel

After we figured out what cycles made sense, it is doing a good job at cleaning clothes, though we have not put it to any heavy-duty tests. However, we found it hard to get the combinations of cycles and extra features right. There is an option for Cold wash but it only works in combination with one or two of the cycles. To figure that out, we had to search for the user's guide online (no printed instructions came with the washer). And the feature we miss on this washer is the ability to save a "favorite" cycle with the combination of these various cycles and add-ons.

A Guy buying a washing Machine

He went out of his way to help and that is greatly appreciated. The deliver and install went according to plan and no problems were encountered. I would definitely buy my next appliance from Brian and Best Buy
