Nice washer… still getting used to it, very easy to use.

This washer is so much more efficient than the one it replaced. It spins the clothes so that drying now takes less time (in the dryer we've had for 15 years). I have had a little difficulty learning how to use the different wash cycles. The information is not in the manual that came with the machine but needs to be referenced online.

The clothes come out clean, when you use HE detergent.

Bought this Top loading washer 3/2020 and it still works great.

Bought this washer and dryer because of consumer reports. Bestbuy actually carried that model. I was very happy with it. We ended up moving less than a year later and had to buy another set. I purchased the same brand and model from Bestbuy. My experience with them went very smoothly both times.

We decided to get a new washer (and dryer) because ours were over 14 years old. We just love the new technology. You don't even have to determine the water level; the machine does it for you. The only downside is that it is so deep I had to purchase a small step stool to reach all the way inside.

This washer is a huge upgrade from the late model Kenmore our family had for years. This has a lot more space inside, so we've been able to cut down on the amount of loads per week. Washing comforters and sheets is a plus. However, if the load gets off balance, it reruns the cycles over and over trying to balance itself out. All in all, its been a nice change.

Highly recommended by consumer reports and has a smooth direct drive system that cleans without an agitator and uses only enough water to do the job. Much quieter spin cycle than my old Whirlpool. Definitely recommend.

I love my new washing machine. Owned for less than one month. The only exception the hot water function is not working. When I press the button for hot water only cold water comes out. I did call the geek squad and a repairman is supposed to be at my house on Monday afternoon. Hopefully, he will be able to fix the problem. Then I will give a five star rating.

Excellent washer. This is my second LG washer and is replacing an 11 year old model. Absolutely easy to use cycles, quiet and efficient in both water and electricity. Thank you Best Buy for carrying the product and making the decision making process easier.

Basic unit and serves the purpose. The tech would not install because he said my drain did not conform to standards. This is a site built house within city limits and was required to meet all codes. I hooked it up in 15 minutes. Best Buy ok. Delivery service something much less. Don’t count on getting the delivery service to connect like agreed.

This LG machine uses a balancing technology to reduce vibration. The machine also senses each load and establishes the amount of water needed. The clever agitator (unlike our earlier Maytag) doe not tangle large items like bedsheets. Water temp and spin vigor are selectable.
