This was a replacement for a 3-year-old washer and Best buy stepped up and paid for the cost of my other one and I just had it to add the extra 200 bucks so I appreciate Best buy living up to the insurance that I paid for it this is why I bought insurance again

I like the amount of clothes you can fit into one wash cycle.

We can't believe the amount of time we wasted with our old machine. The cycle times on this LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. machine are half of our old one. The spin cycle leaves the clothes almost dry so dryer time is much less. Overall this machine really deserves the 5 Stars.

Hasn't worked right since the first wash. LG must know what's wrong with this unit because first time repairman came out they overnighted parts to our house. Despite two visits from an LG repairman, still getting LE code. Now we have been asked to take a video when we get the code, since it's intermittent, to get the repairman out to our house. Really unhappy with such an expensive purchase. Would have driven it right back to Best Buy but was traveling for work after it was delivered and missed the return window. Sad I gave up my Kenmore - worked for 15 years w minor repairs.

I love the washer but wish there was a manual included. I looked online but was disappointed with the pdf form. I named all the settings but didn’t tell you what they did. I was looking for just a rinse cycle and never found it.

Great capacity. Takes a little longer to get finished, but worth the wait.

works great, excellent price, did not want a front loader because I read that the spider arms are a weakness and always break and that is what happened with my last machine. Am very happy with purchase, delivery was fast and on time.

Washer work like the sells person it would. I was contacted when the washer and dryer was on there way. Everything went fine with the delivery and installation. Friendly people and stayed till I understood how to use the washer and dryer.

Chose this machine because it was one of the top HE machines in Consumer Reports. It replaced a machine with an agitator, I can't believe how much more it holds. The controls are easy to read and set. The machine does a good job of cleaning the clothes. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I’m very happy with my new washing machine purchase. I had a model in mind that I saw online but when I visited the store they had a beautiful washer and dryer floor model set for sale at a price I couldn’t pass up.

I didn't have that much interaction with a salesperson because I knew exactly what I wanted and the store is understandably understaffed right now. The washer I wanted was in stock, which I was grateful for, and the transaction went smoothly. Delivery went smoothly and was timely.

LG consistently is the top rated washer/dryer brand per Consumer Reports. Overall we are very happy with the purchase. We were replacing a unit over 20 years old, so it’s not hard to feel like we got an upgrade. There are fancier models but this one seems like the best value.

We are very pleased with this purchase. It is easy to use and has done everything we have asked of it, well. Delivery and installation went without a hitch. We were also pleased that we could get the appliances as quickly as we did.

I really like this washer. It it at my lake house and at home I have a front loader. My clothes smell so much fresher and cleaner after washing them in this machine. It also is huge and holds so many clothes! So happy with my purchase.
