I'm very pleased with my purchase and with the Best Buy experience. Very knowledgeable, courteous sales staff. Delivery and installation personnel very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous. All adhered to current safety guidelines.

I am disappointed that there is no guidance about choosing options. i.e. sheets, towels, clothing. What does Deep Clean mean? Water is deeper? When would that apply? Also, temps, load, etc....There is nothing in the manual to help with this.

The LG washer and dryer i purchased are both very good. This is my second set of LG. I like the size of the tub and the ease of using the settings to wash as I want to. The delivery team was very good and efficient.

Replaced a front load washer. This washer can wash king size quilt with no problem. It's quiet and very water efficient. Very happy with our purchase. Best Buy had great delivery service as well. Very friendly and right on time.

This LG washer is perfect for those who do 1-2 loads of laundry a week. This washer does a very good job of cleaning clothes and wringing out the water,so there is very little left and the drying time is not too long. LG is a great line of products.

Ive had a front load washer for several years and when it quit working, I decided to try this top load with an impeller. Not sure I like it better but it is larger than my previous. I was able to wash bedroom quilt with room to spare! Love the size.

Really like the top load machine as it saves my back from bending over as I did in my old front load, Also I used to leave the door open in front loader to air out and prevent mold from forming in rubber gasket. Don’t have to do this in this machine.

I had a much fancier washer that kept breaking and the tub was so deep I couldn’t reach the bottom even though I am tall. This is a less expensive, more basic machine that received good reviews. It is simple, looks nice, and best of all works well.

This product holds more clothes when washing than our old washing machine. No agitator in the middle either. How cool is that?! Uses less water and electricity. We look forward to using our new LG washing machine for many years to come.

This is a great washer, and a good value. The tub is metal and doesn't have an agitator. The bottom and side spins in opposite directions and allows for easy loading and clean clothes. For a long term purchase, this is a great product.

Incredible upgrade over my Maytag from 4 years ago, and was only $100 more! Extremely quiet and balances the load no matter how you toss it in. I highly recommend this if you need a new washer or are wanting to upgrade!

Perhaps this washing machine is too advanced for us. We have had traditional machines with the pole in the middle for 40 years. Our new one does not have this and often gets off balance. When this happens it just repeats the cycle for hours. To stop it you have to get your smart phone and get it to read a code off of the washing machine. This is a total pain in the neck. In addition, when you want to add more stuff after starting the machine, it is locked and you have to figure out how to open it. When I pour detergent into the detergent holder it just runs out through a hole in the bottom. I am too busy to spend time trying figure out how to run this washing machine. I would return it if I could and get a new traditional style. This isn't worth the hassle.

I have used the LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Top-Loading Washer with 6Motion Technology - White 3 times so far and I am very satisfied with the product I bought. I hope that it will be continued to function well for years.

Best Home appliance purchase hands down. the thing fits so many clothes I only need to do 3 loads a week as opposed to my normal 6 a week. The installation was expensive though the company came in a charged $200 for a single fitting to be put on my gas line.

This is an excellent washer. Has just enough features that we use and not a lot of useless features that add to the cost that you will never use. It was a bit expensive but it washes great and is very quiet. We love it.

LOVE the clear lid, if only I had this washer as a kid. Not only does it do a great job washing clothes, you can watch the action, see how it's doing with the load and the amount of clothes you put in, etc.

Our old LG front loading washing machine broke down after 15 years of service. After reading some of the positive info about top loader washing machines, my wife decided on this one. She’s been very happy with this LG top loader machine.

This washer has been great. The washing space is very big and the operation is quiet. It has a high spin cycle so the clothes are less wet when they come out so I don't need to run the dryer as long which saves money.

My daughter recommended this washer to me - now that I have it and have done laundry, I totally agree with her. Delivery and installation was quick and painless - technicians were great! An A+ for this applicance.

I needed a new washer, researched it, came to your store and saw a model that I had researched and then bought it. The delivery and installation were fine. So far everything is good!
