Thus far I am satisfied with my new LG washer. A definite improvement over my old washer. So much more efficient as far as saving water and energy. So much more room in drum and I love the stainless steel.

Very different from previous ,agitator type machine.Very quiet.Lower water usage. Spins incredibly fast,clothes come out drier than before meaning less dryer time.I hope it lasts as long as my previous machine.Also,dealing with best buy has always been easy and smooth.Hope that stays that way also

The price is kind of high, the warranty cost very high, the product is good for first time getting this brand, I used to had whirlpool which went down and we couldn’t fixed so hopefully this one will be better from the old one, thanks.

The washer is a bit noisy. With full load the spin cycle is noisy and shake at the high speed cycle. Same problem as my other Samsung top load washer. Probably try the front load in my next washer purchase.

Very disappointed. Machine inconsistent. Too little water with normal water ash. Top third never under water. This week washer rolled my linens into a ball and kept remaining on spin cycle. Went from 12 minutes back to 20 minutes and then from 5 minutes back to 20 minutes. Finally had to stop it, open and untangle the linens for it to finally complete the cycle. Nightmare! Have to monitor each wash to make sure it is functioning properly. No guidance in manual. Tiny bit of detergent does not clean clothes, nor do they smell fresh. Machine stays on spin way too long but keeps rinsing, not spinning. Now I dread washing my laundry because always some drama. My 32 year old Maytag was a dream.

No too happy the way strore handled. That LG product is ok. Delivery was not that great They did not leave any instructions booklet

Very pleased - great install ,good machine also bought a dish washer installer roped me off charged me $89.00 for $5.00 part I had payed for full installation- No response from you

My previous front load washer vibrated a lot , but this one is quiet with very low vibration as advertised. Less water may be spun out so the clothes may need longer drier time

Great so far. A little odd that you can't manually set the cycle temperature. Rather, you must pick what color your clothes load is which then sets temperature and all other settings (time, etc.) so if something is heavily soiled, you can't adjust it.

We were very satisfied with Jason (our salesman) . He was very friendly, helpful, & knowledge. He took very good care of us. We haven’t had the machine for too long, but so far, we are quite happy with it.

Team was not only on time, but a little early. Smooth transition from removal to installation. Very knowledgeable about equipment and answered silly questions, too.

I’ve had front loads for years and couldn’t take the musty odor on my clothes. I purchased this top load without agitator and I love it! My clothes smell so clean and fresh. Highly recommend this product for family or single use!

I love my washer. I had been living in an apartment for a year and using their washers...hated it. I bought my new home and my first purchase was my washer and dryer. I love it! It works very well. Leaves my clothes clean.

Previous washer broke so I was looking for a good affordable washer.The whole process from picking to receiving went smoothly.I would recommend this washer to anyone wanting to both stay in a budget and get a quality washer.

I am happy to have a new washer, however, I went to the store to tell them that the drain tube or hose, is so short that they had to put my washer further away from my dryer than the old one I had for 29 yrs. And I do miss my old one, as I could feel the water coming in to see if it was cold or hot. Why can't they make a washer like the old ones, that you an add more clothes and feel the water . I sure hope I hear from them soon as they said they would call me to see if they could help me. No call yet and it has been 2 days. Not happy

This washer has performed flawlessly since being installed. We have done small loads and bedding and the difference between this "agitator-less" washer and our previous agitator washer is night and day! So far worth the money.

I purchased a Whirlpool Washer from Howards and it broke. It was like pulling teeth to have it repaired so I took the lowball pay off. Went to Best Buy and bought this after I read the reviews. I am very happy with this washer.

cloths washer is perfect! It senses the weight============ and adjusts accordingly to the weight of the lode . . It knows how much is in there and doesn't waste our water supply!

I"ve only used the new LG washer a couple of times, but so far, so good. I wanted a reliable washer (recommended in Consumer Reports) without bells and whistles. This one seems perfect.
