This machine is an upgrade from previous models. They seem to have fixed the mold / mildew buildup on the bottom of washer. You must leave top open and pullout detergent draw after each load. It does use less water as it determines load size. So far so Good

This was her is so quiet and efficient. The price point is just right if you want more than a just a basic washer but can't afford the pricier ones. Highly recommended.

My experience using the LG High Efficiency Top-Load Washer with TurboDrum Technology has been good. I like the drum capacity but dislike having to get on my tiptoes to reach washed laundry at the very bottom of the drum.

We moved to a new house and needed a new washer & dryer, I read that this was a Consumer Reports "Best Buy". We love this washer and also purchased the matching dryer. Very quiet and fast!

This one replaced out old washer more than 20 years old and finally went dead. It has a fancy window on the top. Somewhat fancy new to be watching the washing process going on. No problems so far.

We went from a front loader to this high efficiency top loader. While I do believe we will end up using more water, with normal loads I am surprised at how little it uses. Spin cycle removes plenty of moisture.

Stayed with LG upon buying my new washing machine. Took a while to get familiar with new settings as it changed a bit from last LG unit. I still consider it to be a good choice.

Installation was as smooth as glass. Tool the old machine away. Bit rough after a couple washes but there may have been a coin or a screw caught in between the seam. Now it's running perfectly Solid piece of equipment and well worth the money.

I bought this washer because it would hold king size quilts. Clothes come out very clean. I'm getting the matching dryer in August, I can't wait!

I love my new washing machine. I haven't learned to use all the different cycles yet, but so far I am very happy with the huge open drum and excited to see if I can wash my comforters in it!

Happy with washer but as in my review of dryer also purchased not happy spent over 8k in last few years with Best Buy but both times one of the items was damaged

Outstanding washer. Performs better that we expected. We had to get used to its "smart technology", but it was a very short learning curve and our clothes always came out perfectly clean.

Our new Lg washer has been great. Neat how u can look through the windowed top and watch it go through it’s cycles. Clothes come out bright and clean. Bought it because Consumer Reports rated tops in class. Great buy!!

Works great! I was trying to stay under a budget and went with the cheaper LG washer and dryer. This washer here is nice and we couldn’t be happier with another one.

Didn't need all the bells and whistles of most washers. This has enough settings to satisfy my needs. Took the floor person's recommendation on this over Samsung and have been happy with it so far.

This washer's automatic water setting is great. The glass top has made it easy to actually see my clothes washing. I really like knowing that I'm using less water. The musical alert tones are fun.

Mirrored the dryer delivery. Very nice tech. Advised me the night before and when they were on their way. In and out very quickly. Neat, explained initial wash run. Very impressed!

This top loading washer has a huge drum. I should be able to wash my comforter and not have to go to a commercial launder mat to do so. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I like the see thru lid. You can actually see how the clothes are washing. It also senses if the load will be unbalanced and whirls them around before the wash even starts. It also senses how much water is needed.

I cannot really comment on this yet, I bought it for my apartment that ill be moving into in Sept. So i havent used it yet but my mom has this same one but a different model and loves it.
