The machine works well so far, but the detergent dispenser has an open-close mechanism that can be overlooked and left open during the wash, and the controls are somewhat counter-intuitive. Now let's see how long the machine lasts, which is usually the key issue.

It took some getting used to to get the drying right. I found the heavy duty mode works the best on most things. Lg has such a high standard for their products. Love the company

No center agitator so it is HUGE inside. If you're short you may have a challenge reaching the bottom but I guess a step stool can help you! LOL

This is my second LG washer; the first lasted over 10 years. I love the washer, especially the water plus feature. But this machine is LOUD. It makes a lot more noise going through the cycles than my first one.

Needed a new washer. Discussed with the staff at Best Buy and researched the LG brand and made purchase. Smooth install and working great!

This washer is great. It weighs the load & determines the time to wash. Takes a bit to get used to from old wash systems standard times but an improvement on washing.

GREAT DEEP WASHER, THIS WASHER SAVES ON WATER, TIME AND RINSES SO GOOD SO WHEN ITS TIME TO PUT IN DRYER IT WILL BE DRIED IN NO TIME... WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a similar machine with touch controls in the front, this one moves them to a rotary knob to the back. It was easy to operate and now has the ability to wash non absorbent materials.

We are so happy with this purchase! It's fast and reliable plus it has a lot of different settings. Excited to have this purchase for years to come.
