I hated this washer and exchanged it out for the top of the line. Which is amazing! Don’t go cheap like we did, you’ll have to end up upgrading anyways.

Works great, clothes smell cleaner, and definitely takes less time to wash.

Bought the washer late December 2019...less than 3 months later....it's showing an E6 error code. According to the owner's manual, it's a mechanical problem with the clutch.

Although the washer does not have a center agitator, It washes just fine. I think very soiled clothing would be challenge getting clean, haven't had to clean anything overly dirty.
