Purchased without seeing in person. Because I am short, I cannot reach the bottom to remove clothes. I shopped for this washer because of Consumer Reports recommendation.

I would love to have the dryer matching, unfortunately it wasnt available. Great machine.

I needed to purchase a new washer and decided on this one. I would definitely recommend this one. I love that it has a waterproof function.

It had nearly all 5 star reviews. I'm starting not to trust reviews. For me it's just another washing machine. Even on the lowest spin cycle the machine shakes. I double checked and it's perfectly level in both directions. I can't see how it will last very long. A little disappointed. I expected the new technology to work better.

It has lots of features and seems to work well. The only problem is for shorter people trying to get the clothes out of the bottom of the drum. My wife has to use a reacher tool to get to them.

I could not be any happier with this washer. It is exactly what I wanted. Had a front loader before and was very disappointed with it. This can even wash my large comforters.

Great size! Fits plenty of clothes and even king size bedding. Installation was quick and easy. Love the open washer without the spinner in the middle. Happy with the product!

These new washers will take getting use to. I love that it saves water. And the chime it makes when the load is done is charming

Great size, enough options for washing, but not too many! Best Buy had a terrific price, delivery & installation went perfectly. I couldn't be happier!

Works great. Mobile app for it? Hilarious. The search for the machine is a closely guarded secret. But it works and I am happy.

Very pleased with this purchase. This was an out of the box purchase and you would never have known. There were no irregularities or scratches.

Purchased this machine two weeks ago- out of the box it doesn't work. Shuts off mid cycle. Spent a lot of time on the phone both with LG and Geek Squad and unable to resolve the problem. Literally just had a replacement machine delivered, and exact same problem occuring. Called Geek Squad again to make sure I wasn't operating it incorrectly- technician agreed it is a defective machine. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODEL.

Cleans well as far as I can tell. Took a second to figure out the WiFi capabilities, but they’re there (you can check the time left in the cycle).

I was given a very quick demo by The delivery guys. I did not get a paper warranty or a user book. I found it necessary to have someone help me with my machine. Still want those paper products

So far my wife seems pleased with this machine. We've had it about three weeks. It takes a little getting used to. My wife likes more water with each load, so she uses the Deep Wash option.

I can wash quenn size comforters no problem. Clothes come out all most dry and cuts drying time in half. I have had front loaders but this top loader is so much better.

This set of washer and dryer is awesome! The inside is nice and large and the outside is compact. Has all the features needed! Perfect!

Have had this for about 3 weeks now and has worked great for the price that it was! Cheap and has everything you really need.
