The only reason I rated the washer a 4 star is because this machine was so much more complicated then the washer it replaced. Once we got use to the options, it has worked very well for us.

A little noisier when the water is draining than my previous washing machine. Otherwise great washer. Like the music when the wash is completed.

This washer has been a great upgrade from a 1980's kenmore, It is smart, and I already been seeing the savings of this energy star washer.

The machine is functioning as advertised, no surprises or gotchas. Operating manual was a little disappointing, decent installation instructions however very little on operation.

This machine is decent looking and works great. Obviously comes with the company warranty, also has the energy saving capabilities. Overall good washer

Washer machine is excellent and very quiet than my old washer I can actually hear my tv now with the new washer while its on. I am very pleased

We received our washer about three weeks ago now and so far it has me all of our expectations. It was very easy to hook up ourselves and my wake thinks it's getting our clothes much cleaner than the washer we replaced.

This washer works well. Most of the buttons are self-explanatory but a few I'm not sure how to use and there's no real manual to refer to. However, it's a good value and a good washer.

The washer works good as it's expected from LG brand. Installers have leveled the appliance only side-to-side, claiming that needs to be done that way. The installation manual requires to level both ways.

The price was reduced another $20.00 and I have not owned the washer for a month yet . This put a frown on my face . I was smiling about the good price before .. ..

We love this machine. Machine does everything for you, it’s all touch screen & washes a load of laundry in about 30 minutes or less. Great value
