Problem with soap scum

Never Get Easy Clean Stove LG

This stove was expensive and I got the 5 yr warranty. After a month I tried the Easy Clean. It did nothing. I called and a service man came, said that Easy Clean really doesn't work you need a self clean????? This was sold to me as if Easy Clean is to clean the inside of the oven...Terrible product and the sales person did not say a word when we purchased it.
