Due to low inventory, I felt like Lg was my only option. I should have waited for other brands to be available. The washer stopped working after 4 loads of laundry. Had to wait a week for a technician to come out, then another week for them to order the part, another week to come repair, and I’m still waiting to use this machine.

Product quit working after less than 2 months

Then suddenly it started to make a horrible noise during spin cycle. Contacted manufacturer who has still not scheduled a repair after 5 days. Contacted Best Buy who would not do anything to resolve the issue other than charge me for a repair. This is the first negative review I have ever posted in my life. That's how frustrated I am.
