You cannot add more water to a load if you need to. You cannot rinse anything off especially the detergent lid. I feel like I have zero control. Others have complained about the sounds it makes, it doesn't bother me but it would be nice if a user could turn it off if they wanted to.

Replacement came quickly, but installer didn't remove the paper packaging and directions before he started the machine to run first cycle so it was filled with wet, shredded paper that had to be painstakingly removed! Yikes!
