    I sent this machine back and got a Maytag washer. It is simpler and I like it better than the Lg. The Lg tub was so deep that I could not get the clothes out of the bottom without help. It was a very nice looking washer and much heaver than the Maytag, which I liked. Just would not work for me.

    I think front door washers can cleans better, also in vertical cylinder washers clothes stuck in the edges and do not move. It causes clothes to be not properly cleaned and damaged. BB appliance team told me it has WiFi built in so I can monitor it remotely, but it is basically cellphone diagnosis technology for LG team.

    Our 10 year old washer had to be replaced so we ordered this replacement, it works but not what we expected. We should of got the next one from this washer, now I do not hear the end of this with my wife and it is a nightmare. I wish I could exchange it.
