I have yet to pull a permanently pressed item out without it being severely wrinkled. Sometimes the wrinkles go away in the cotton items after several days of hanging. However in other items especially expensive polyester knits, the wrinkles never go away and I have to press them. This was never the case with either my Magtag for 15 years nor my Whirlpool for 11 years. If I could return the washer and dryer I would. It doesn' matter if i use permanet pressed or delicate setting. Results are the same....poor. Don't buy this type of product.....I'll take the agitator type every time.

Only complaint is the drain hose is pretty short - could have been another foot longer. As cheap as hose material is and paying $600+ for this item think it could have been right to begin with and makes me wonder what else did LG skimp on.....

It has ripped blouses, t shirts and blankets. I get nervous of placing my new clothes in this washer. I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to avoid it. It did start to make a screaming sound when it washes. Bought the washer August 2020. I will be calling geek squad. However I wouldn’t recommend this washer, I miss my old traditional washer.
