The tub is too deep and it does't put enough water in too wash. It should not take an hour to wash 1 load of clothes. The manual didn't even tell how to use the different cycles. At this point I wish I had my old washer back.

I'm 5 foot and it is difficult to reach all the way to the bottom of the tub to get the wet clothes. I have to use a stool. But it certainly does a large load.

I had an LG Washer for 2 yrs and 3 months and it needed such an expensive repair it wasn’t worth fixing (I stupidly didn’t buy extended warranty). The LG certified repair man said I should yell and scream at LG because it was so ridiculous. The company is impossible to deal with. Long story short all I could get them to do was give me a small percentage off a new LG washer (against my better judgment). I have had this model for 1.5 months and it is making a high pitched squealing sound when it empties water and spins!!! I don’t know who’s paying off consumer reports and people saying positive things on these machines I repeat— THEY GARBAGE!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

It does not get the whites as white as my old machine did. I've tried using the soak cycle, which I don't think does much, Also, just adding an extra rinse tacks on over 20 minutes to the cycle.

Washing everything in lukewarm or cold water was not acceptable to me. We replaced the washer with a different brand.

It's easy on the clothes but takes a long time to wash. Next time I'll look for a machine with an agitator.

I have attempted to wash dish towels and outdoor clothing with even a small amount of dirt/grime, and they simply don't get cleaned. Too costly a product for such paltry results. Difficult to see readout/display in normal light.

Posted .While you cannot change the set water level for LoadSense, you do have the ability to add water using the Water Plus feature of the WT7100CW. This feature can be used multiple times per load to increase the water level. ^CP

We eventually established from LG that we need another part ... but we have no service within 150 miles (in coastal MA), so we have had to wait for a response from someone willing to travel ... and then for the part he ordered to arrive. It is now three months since we made the purchase.

Frustrating, but accepted. I accept that I can't select Hot, Warm, and or Cold for every wash cycle. Again frustrating, but accepted. I will not accept that the reason it doesn't fill completely on a Full load, for some loads, is because my drain pipe is less than the minimum of 35" from the floor. Wouldn't this have the same result every time. I will not except a rinse cycle that does nothing more than run water straight through the machine and out the drain for 10 or more minutes. Has anyone else had these issues?

They replaced it and the new one does the same. They said all the new ones no matter the brand do the same. Then I wish they still sale the old models because this one has a mind of her own

We have listed several tips to Get the Best Results from a HE Top Load Washer: Always use a laundry detergent with the HE label. These products are formulated to create fewer suds which is important since so much less water is used. More is not better when there is less water in the mix. Most loads only require one to two teaspoons of HE liquid laundry detergent or one single-dose pack. If you do not use the automatic detergent dispensers, place the detergent in the bottom of the drum BEFORE you add your dirty clothes. All single dose laundry packs must be placed in the bottom of the washer - never the dispenser. This will give the detergent the longest amount of time in the water to help get your clothes clean. When you load a HE top load washer, do not pile the clothes in the center. Evenly distribute the dirty clothes around the edges of the wash plate. This will help balance the load more quickly and speed the wash cycle. For best performance, load clothes as shown in manual on page 14. Load clothes loosely, and do not load clothes over the maximum guideline on the tub. Clothes need room to circulate in order to get clean.
