I was told I could pause during the wash cycle, open the lid, give the items the extra care they need & press the pause button again to restart the machine. When I do that the water drains & I have to start from the beginning again & then it fills almost to capacity.

I am in the medical field and with the Corona epidemic I must wash my clothing regularly. This machine stopped working after three months and with the restrictions on repairs I am left without a way to keep my family safe. Not a product I would recommend.

I'm going to install a Water Hammer arrestor between the machine and waterline just to be sure, If it doesn't fix the issue it's going back and I'll place a hold on my CC until resolved. This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Delivery people were shown where to place the appliances in the house. There were stairs the appliance would have to be brought up. The delivery people just dropped the appliances in the garage and left. Called Best Buy back to have someone come back. Appointment was 7:00 to 1:00 two days later day to bring appliances in the house. No one showed up for the second appointment. Will be going somewhere else if I need anything delivered. Stay with the delivery people and don't leave your garage door open.

Doesn’t Clean Well

With my old agitator washer, the whites came out bright white. I don’t think this washer moves the clothes enough to get them deep down clean.
