Top load washer does not provide clean clothes. Clothes are not all fully wet or circulated to end up clean.

I cannot find the serial number and nobody can help me. Can you provide it for me?

We just purchased this washer June 7. Installed on June 12. Maybe used 10 times al seemed fine. Put on a heavy wash cycle for the first time (not even a large load) but very dirty clothes. My husband heard a chain like rattling noise. Never heard before. Turned machine off immediately no alarms, no error messages but obviously something wrong. Spent almost the whole day on phone trying to get someone here to assess and/or repair. Unbelievably upsetting. Brand new machine!

Clothes didn't get clean with fancy "6 motion technology" --it's a joke! Clothes stuck up out of the water bc there wasn't enough water to wash the clothes properly, there was sand on jeans after they were washed, not enough water after it's supposed to detect load size & correct amount of water needed, don't waste your $$$!! It was RETURNED!!

So sad to say, this has truly been THE WORST experience ever!! If TRULY interested in my opinion and experience, there should b a rather large file pertaining to my most recent RATHER LARGE purchase thru the Houston store. At the moment, I still WAIT for the delivery of my washing machine for which I question whether or not I will even receive today!! BB apparently has been over run by its technology and inferior systems in place! Nothing has arrived as ordered and EVERYONE, with whom I have shared my plight, shows fake concern, not keeping their promises to follow up; call, ACTUALLY PROVIDE CALL BACK NUMBERS WHICH R OUT OF SERVICE, etc!! The TWILIGHT ZONE is a reality!! Quite frankly, giving a ‘1’ is too high a score! My biggest worry is that after the washing machine is delivered, even if it delivers at all, it will b a LEMON!!

I wish I would have purchased the next model up. This model lacks some of the features of my old wsher

Just okay, bulky, not that quiet. Consumer reports rated very high. Not so much!

Horrible. They delivered a new washer but that one wouldn’t drain as well. I had someone come out and they told me the control panel is messed up. 2 washer brought broken.

Clothes comes back out with stains. I just purchased it less than a month ago on June 22,2020 and I am Not happy. I will not recommend. I washed 4 of my husband work jeans and the stains did not come out. Its like the clothes is just getting wet but not washed. And yes I am using HE detergent.And spreading the clothes. Because I made the purchase at Best Buy. I cant no longer return. Even tho its been less than a month. I had a washer for 10 years and that one worked perfectly fine. We decided to upgrade and this is what we get. So disappointed. I DO NOT recommend.

Have to cheat system to get appropriate water for cloths to aggitate

I've had a washer for only a month. To early to give an honest review.

My machine is not cleaning like I thought it was going to be.

This machine does not use enough water to cover all of the clothes; so some of them don't get the soap they need to get clean. Area rugs do not get clean either. Part of a rug still had some dirt on it that had not been rinsed off. I am not happy with this wasing machine.

I bought the washer and dryer set. The dryer is fine. The washer I believe to be a lemon. Waiting on a repairman for the 3rd time. I love the features of the machines and everything it's supposed to do. Unfortunately, my particular one is very loud and the tub keeps coming loose and clunking around. I'm very disappointed to have spent all that money for an item that hasn't worked properly since day one. Waste of $700.

Would like to return it but my husband won't allow it. First machine I've owned without an agitator. So little water used, I don't feel clean. Also, the settings are pretty useless - what happened to Permanent Press, or Towels? The door locks before the water starts, so you have no idea how warm it is. No option to adjust any of the settings either. At least the matching dryer will allow you to tweak the temp, time, and spin (on some, but not all, pre-programmed settings).

I would not purchase this machine again. After carefully reading reviews of various models I thought this would be a quality, dependable machine; I was wrong. A month after purchase it started making a clunking sound when spinning; Best Buy did replace the machine. Yesterday the frame of the glass lid broke into multiple pieces in the back of the lid where it attaches to the machine body. I live chatted with a Best Buy rep and was informed the repair is my responsibility. I've had this machine for four months.

This machine is a real disappointment. Washes okay but does not rinse clothes well. I have to re-rinse every load.

Needs improvement on contractors who deliver products.

I got a lemon to begin with - the computer board was messed up from the first wash. I tried to wash clothes 3 times, and I got so frustrated with the machine. The Geek squad came out this afternoon, and after I explained everything to him, he said I needed a new machine. I could not disagree with that assessment !! He wondered why they even bothered to send him out here ! He did call me after about an hour and said a new machine had been ordered. I have to wait another week before I can get it. Let's hope this one works.
