Delivery - F-, the guys didn't secure the dryer hose to dryer, all they did was put the hose on, move the dryer, it comes off, we had to do it

The delivery people dumped and did not install it, and never heard from your store again!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The unit is good. I was not happy with the BestBuy install team. A too long flexible exhaust vent line was installed in a tied space and the dryer was shoved back. The vent line was compressed not allowing airflow. I cheeked the airflow on the outside of the house which was non existing. This would have caused a fire and damage to my house. I had removed ahead of time the doors of the closet allowing to move the washer and do the job correctly which the team did not do. I cut the vent line and made sure it would not compress to a point where there is no airflow. The unit is now working safe not to thanks of Best Buy.

Even when you trick it into adding enough water to cover the clothes, they still do not come out clean. This is especially frustrating if you have a messy toddler. I have just had to accept that her clothes will all be stained because this machine will not remove even the most incidental marks. I tossed in a blanket my sick kid had thrown up on and the blanket came out of the cycle still covered in vomit. Not just stains -- still had chunks on it. Pretty gross. The accompanying dryer is trash as well. Like the title says -- this is the worst purchase I've ever made. Do not buy this.

Need better manual

The documentation is very sparse. There is no description of the various operating modes. The manual is not very helpful. All in all, good design for an idiot.

Once it determines the weight of your load it tells me exactly how long the load will take to wash.No more climbing up and down the basement stairs to check if it’s done. And it has a lovely musical chime when it’s done.
