Quite awhile ago it stopped doing all the wash cycles except speed wash. Now it is leaking water from above the detergent tray. I had called a repair person and he said he doesn't work on LG's anymore. So I have been suffering with this for months now. An expensive appliance should last more than 5 yrs. All the great reviews are from people who have owned it for less than a year. Extremely disappointed.

You will be replacing within a year

Purchased this in August of 2021 and by September 2022 the suspension rod and gear case have to be replaced. It's a $633 repair, almost as much as I paid for this piece of crap. You have to schedule service through LG and it is an epic hassle. The tech LG sent out actually told us to never buy an LG product because they are not reliable. Decided against replacing this hunk of junk and will be buying a new washer not manufactured by LG.

Does it clean clothes

The only thing I can think of being effective is when it spins other than that I think the old washer with the thing in middle was more efficient.

Unhappy buyer!

I did not have this product for that long, my last machine lasted over 30 yrs. This one is 3 yrs old and just died. The repair costs are: diagnostics $129.99 plus $300 dollar part plus $140.00 installation. Basically suck. If you buy this product you will need to buy a new one every 3 yrs! Good luck!

Make sure to call and confirm the appointment and all the details again. When I ordered I got the confirmation in email and text that its going to be installed tomorrow. Now they are saying its not scheduled. Totally disappointing that now I have break my promise with my client.
