BUT, it only uses cold water to rinse...you cannot use warm water! This was not discussed in the description. Cold water does not always get all the soap out. User should have a choice. And, my twin size medium thickness comforter did not get covered with water...had to poke it down. Did not clean it well. Old machine with same size tub did not have this problem. Clothes need enough water, and sometimes warm water, to get clean.

It's simple, gentle on my clothes, and gets everything clean. Like all top loading HE washers, washing cycles are longer than top load agitator washers or front loading washers.

This replaced an older version also LG. Never had any mechanical problems with last one and LG has always a leader in this category. Only issue was with installation. Installer reversed hoses.
