Installed the unit, short test cycle went fine, ran it through it a normal wash cycle and came back to water in the floor. During the rinse and spin cycle the unit would spray water from inside the unit near the water inlet valve. The user manual for this unit is fairly lack luster. There’s not an option to do a quick wash or rinse and spin wash without downloading custom wash cycles using the LG app. Also the control panel is semi touchscreen? It’s not a touchscreen nor is it a button. There’s a good amount of lag between making a selection and the lights changing on the board. Would be better off with just a dial and standard pushable buttons.

Had some issues at first, but found out it was our water connection. After we had that fixed, works like a dream and I really like it.

Had washer 11 months now. Purchased for new home. Best Buy delivered and setup. Professional from start to finish. Absolutely Love it. Looks nice. Features are great.

Works great! So glad I bought this LG washing machine with agitator. My clothes come out clean and smelling great!

Great washer machine! The top load makes it easier on your back. I had a side loader but it always smelled. This one is wayyyyy better! Love it!!

This machine has performed perfectly as described and has done an excellent job of cleaning the clothes. The app pop-up messages telling us when the wash cycle is over are also very helpful.

So far so good. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the WiFi difficulty. It’s like you need a degree in computer science to get it to connect to your phone.

Very nice and you can download individual wash cycles from the app on your phone to the washer. All our clothes are clean!

Great washer at a good price! I’ve always hear LG is the best brand when it comes to items like these and I can see why.

Did not like it at all. You have no control over water and the agitator just turns back and forth and does not really move the cloths. They seem to stay in same position for the whole wash cycle. To many clikings and switching directions to not move the clothes along with all the turns.

This washer does a very good job, although the stinky smell that the washer gets within it started almost right away.
