The control panel has been REPLACED TWICE and the control panel housing has been replaced ONCE. The unit has been out of service for almost three months. Best Buy has not been helpful in resolving the problem. This unit's control panel underwent a design change which seems to be at the root of the problem. BUYERS BEWARE!
