However, the technology that equips this product attributes to its overall poor quality. I have owned this product for over a month, and I have to admit it does a substandard job cleaning clothes with the slightest stains and dirt. I tried using all of the cycle options and even switching detergents with no noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of the laundry. This washer has a see through top, and I've observed that the agitator's movement does not pull all of the laundry load under the water, unlike the top load washers made a decade or more ago. One would expect more out of this product with its exorbitant cost. If I could rate this product with negative stars, trust me, I would in a heartbeat!
