I wanted a top loader with an agitator thinking I would get a better clean, Unfortunately, that is not the case. Very disappointed. Wish we would've gone with a front loader.

I was told it would be approximately $380 in parts (for two control boards) plus an additional $100 in labor. There was no financial reason to repair the washer and I replaced it.

not good as old machines

First issue I noticed was it never pulled any stains from ANYTHING. Even with treated spot treatment it would never remove it. Then this washer is suppose to sense the amount of water needed and wouldn't even fill to cover the clothes. I used the turbo setting and it literally filled up with 2 inches of water and half the clothes was still dry after it finished. So needless to say i had this washer for 1 month and already needs to be repaired because best buy wouldnt return it after 15 days. I will NEVER puchase another item from them

When we attempt to wash five or six shirts or a small load of our gym clothes, the washer never fills with water high enough to cover the items and even though we purchased the agitator version, some items stay dry. The is no small load setting and no way to have the washer add more water. Disappointed is putting it mildly. Our previous LG front loader was much better

Prices are quite high considering the quality of their inventory. One would expect that a large store such as Best Buy would make certain to have their product in good working order before placing it on a showroom floor. The LG washer that I purchased never worked, and I feel the company was well aware of that fact.

Need longer SOCKING TIME for better cleaning!!!

I like the spin balancing before the water is added. I want to be able to add long time for socking the clothes 2~5 hours or more. the socking option is not long enough. if i stop the wash to sock for longer time, the washer will EJECT THE WATER AND DETERGENT, wasted all.

Disappointing trying to get help.

Bought Sept. 3 2021 (10 months use) with the 5 year Geek Squad. I have been disconnected 2 times after waiting 15 mins each time. Online guy told me to call manufacturer and then disconnected me. What’s up here?!?!

Do not buy if household is more than 1 or 2.
