We experienced periodic problem of power switch not working. Breaker & circuit okay. Outlet okay with proper grounding and polarity. Failed completely in October of 2023. New world of appliances, I guess. $800+ and less than three years of service.

The washer started shaking bad and making bad noises when using bedding mode on 2 bed sheets. Now the agitator free spins when washer is off. When before it did not.

1.5 years and washer no longer works

Just bought over $8000 in LG kitchen appliances… hope they don’crap out in less thn two years as well.

We received this machine today 12/31/20. We already did 5 loads. California king comforter in bulky cycles, towels in extra wash cycles, clothes in normal cycle and another in bulky. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAWS, NO BALANCING ISSUES, NO LACK OF WATER ISSUES(I used deep full option each time), NO ERROR CODES, all of which I experienced within the 1st 24 hours of the other 4 machines we purchased. THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST MACHINE WE HAVE TRIED. We purchased a Maytag 3 weeks ago and had to return it after 36 hours because it was giving us massive error codes and LACK OF WATER! I’m just so happy we finally found a machine That works and has no balancing issues. I hope this helps someone that’s looking for a machine with an agitator that’s tired of the new techy machines that cost hundreds of dollars that don’t work. .

This machine is the only one I could find that did NOT unbalance the load! I had a problem for years with my previous machine. This machine is quick too! Large tub! I am very happy with it!

This is a hi-tech washer with little common sense engineering. I am disappointed because there is no way to add water to a load, unless you want to completely fill it up. The washer does not do as good a job in cleaning clothes as the 16 year old machine it replaced. The main reason is, after I watched a load, is about 1/4 of the load did not have water touch it for 12 minutes. I would not buy this again and I do not recommend it. There should be a way to add to the water level and there is not. This is a serious design flaw in my opinion, Finally, the drain hose is one foot too short for my laundry room. You have been warned.
