    Just Delivered & won't drain !!!

    Delivery Day. DOESN'T DRAIN !!!... Installer hooked up washer, started a tub clean cycle & left. Guess what... washer won't drain. Did the trouble shoot, no success. Called total tech, my options are: 1- set up appt for installer to come back. Earliest appt is 2 days from now. Installer is not a repair person but will confirm it is not draining. What ???? Why can't installer just come back? 2-wait until tomorrow morning when install paperwork will be complete & in Best Buy system then we can call total tech again to request a replacement. This will take 3-4 days minimum. Neither are great options. Extremely Dissapointed

    Piece of junk!

    After purchasing my washer 3 years ago with the extended 2 year warranty with Best Buy ( not worth it) my washer panel stopped working and it would not turn on. I thought going with LG was a better option but same problema like the rest of the brands. They stop making parts and just want you to buy a new machine every 3-4 years.

    Power Button Not Working

    Power button will not work after 3 years of use. A new control board is needed to replace this and the cost is $300+

    PCB assembly is broken after two years

    The main control panel assembly is broken now after two years usage. And LG doesn’t carry the parts anymore on their website. I found lots of users got the same problem . Be careful!!!

    Not sure of Shelf life but ours just kicked the bucket after 4 years. Shot mother board!!

    MOLD and LG customer service is GARBAGE

    After 14months of use and running the cleaning cycles as recommended this machine is dangerously moldy. Mold flakes all over our kids clothes and bedding. LG says its not there issue because the product is past 12months of purchase. NASTY
