We got rid of a very nice front load washer which always smelled bad because of a poor design that held water so we were a little anxious about a top load washer. WE LOVE THIS MACHINE. It will actually hold more than our front load machine. We wash about 3 loads per day and have had the machine for 3 months and it just works perfect.

Easy to use and gets clothes super clean. I will get the accompanying dyer soon.

I got this washing machine because my mom has the previous model of it and absolutely loves it. I can wash 2 comforters at once in this machine! I love all the different options it has!

This LG washer has been working great so far. I'm still getting used to the new technology though. Still seems strange to not tell the washer what size load you are doing, it tells you by weighing it. Seems like there is not enough water in there some times, but they do come out fine in the end. And it is a bummer that I cannot open the lid while it is filling with water because it locks. I may have just not figured out how to, but I used to like to rinse out the cup with the running water after adding the liquid soap.

This washer is easy to use, quiet and efficient. Gets clothes clean with minimum water use and spin cycle is so good that dryer time is shortened.

purchased this washer after having to replace samsung recalled washer. loved the samsung so wasn't sure I would like this one as much but really do like this washer. Leaves clothes clean, good agitation during wash cycle. Very happy with this washer

This is an excellent washing machine. We do lots of laundry and it gets the job done. Quiet and the clothes are spun out so your dryer doesn't get a workout!

Works great Like the musical reminders when done and starting

When they first installed the washer and left, my wife put in a small load of sheets and it made a terrible noise. It had been in a cold truck so maybe the cold had something to do with it. After one load then all was well. It has many useful features for various types of washing requirements. Hoping it stays quiet or as quite as a washer can be.

At first I really wanted the front load washer which I had before but it vibrated too much on my 2nd floor laundry room. I had to replace it with the top load and I am NOT disappointed at all. I can't believe what I can wash in it and it's so quiet and does not have the vibration problem the front load has.

Cut wash times in half- much quieter than our old front load- spin cycle works great- several options for water temp, spin speed, load size and "extras" like rinse only etc- easily holds queen comforter

It has a really big capacity. My wife was surprised how much dirty laundry she could fit inside. The only negative review so far is that the cycle takes a little longer than our old one, probably because of the water saving feature.

This was a replacement for a washer from another brand that was recalled. I really like this washing machine. I like it better than my samsung. It does a great job. My clothes seem to get very clean. I would recommend this washer to everyone. I am glad my other one was recalled so I could get this one.

The first one leaked within the first 3 loads.. It was a brand new model and there were no reviews available thru Best Buy but when I went to the LG website it was the perfect washer for what I needed.. Worked with the store on getting it replaced as soon as possible.. I loved it before it leaked and love my replacement.. It had nothing to do with Best Buy why it leaked it had to have happened during manufacturing.. Best buy was great..

I wanted a washer that could handle large comforters & bedding, this washer does the job!

My previous washing machine was recalled so I decided to try another brand. This one is very similar to my previous washer, but a lot quieter. Also, it doesn't vibrate and move when spinning. Overall, I feel this washing machine is a lot safer. I like the tub washing feature and a residue isn't left behind after use.

So happy that we bought this washer, no more going to the laundry mat to wash bulky bedding!! Love this washer!!

Washing machine sure have come a long way.The last washing machine my family bought was 20 years ago. This machine is doing stuff that I had no idea a wahshing machine should even do. Uses a lot less water than I thought it would. Works great get the clothes clean... We like it!

Very nice design on washer and love the preset modes. Timing is a little off to complete the cycle but overall a great washer.
