    Setting sleep timer is a pain

    Find sleep control very cumbersome to set up. Have to go to setting, then pick timer out of a list of choices. Then press button to and increase sleep time usually 6 inputs.

    My living room has a Sony Oled. My game room has 3x 43" TV's for me and my boys. I have been waiting for 5+ years for a good 43" TV. Gave this TV a try and really can't say one good thing about it. Felt cheap and pictures are misleading. This TV falls in line with others priced at in the $250 range. My 8 year old has my old TV he loves a TCL 43" from 2018 with wide color gamut. Cost me $210 and is from 3 years ago. This TV can not even hang with a $200 TV from 2018. You can't do much worse with your money when buying this TV. Allot of people buy bad TV's for the same price as good TV's. Don't do their home work or maybe don't care. But if your reading reviews then your as step ahead. Maybe I can save you a trip of returning a TV which is annoying. Are you going to get that annoying employee who acts like when you return something your taking money from them and they get all serious and start to think they are a detective and your guilty of a TV crime. And they plug it in, test everything, call another co worker over and ponder your return and keep you in the store for 60 minutes. Or are you going to get a normal person you checks that everything is there in 30 secs and gives you a refund. Its a dice roll.

    Hands down the worst TV I've ever had! The remote is faulty and you have to press the buttons three or four times as hard to get them to work as on a normal remote. The TV blips all the time with weird lines across it. It doesn't stream well at all and my semi-smart Blu-ray player from almost 10 years ago streams better than this television. I regrettably let the salesperson talk me into this one when my initial purchase was going to be either a Sony or Samsung and I so wish I had gone with my gut. I like to watch sports and it trails on golf balls/footballs in the air even if the sports setting, and is just frankly a terrible TV. I think I did get a lemon and was trying to talk to somebody in support through my total tech support program that I have and after being on hold for 3 minutes the rep didn't say anything and just disconnected the call. This TV and Best buy service is horrible and I don't think I'll ever do business with them again after this. I paid a little over $500 for this television and a hefty price for this total tech service and you can't even get any help unless you go through the app.

    Lg is usually a good quality product Return it due to a chip on the screen replaced it with an OLED Picture quality not as good as an OLED

    This LG was very disappointing, It had a very dark screen even after energy saver settings were turned off and the advanced picture settings were adjusted. Also, the "magic wand" remote is similar to using a Wii remote. I found this feature awkward and unnecessary.

    Much slower response to remote control input than my other LG TVs. I have 2 LG OLED TVs and a LG UP7000 series 4K TV. The NanoCell TV seems to pause before switching channels and pauses even longer when selecting a smart TYV application. This is the least favorite of my LG TVs.

    I bought this TV in January of this year, the TV broke down took it to geek squad to get repaired and finally got it back 4 Weeks later. They started the TV there at the store and it broke down 5 minutes later. To make things worse I added the two year warranty and LG replied that they would not reimburse me my money until the TV was repaired at least three times. Funny thing is they don't mention this when you're buying the TV. The coverage of the plan was in case the TV was not repairable I could simply exchange it for a new one. So my daughter is without her TV going on four and a half weeks and again has been sent for repairs. LG is definitely not worth their money.

    Bought it based upon images of art work being shown on it at showroom. Once I set it up at home, images on screen were dark and unless setting was on Vivid difficult to see clearly and text looked blurry. Also screen would break up similar to advertised picture to the right. Brought it back within 24 hours.

    Picture seems very dark. Gamma & black point is locked and unable to adjust controls. Unable to increase the brightness of picture without losing black point, everything turning grey. Perhaps the one we received was defective, so we are returning it.

    I own 4 Lg tvs . 5 now including this one picture quality is not at all what I expected . Tried to mess with setting when I had the time wanted to take it back but it landed out of Best Buy terrible return window

    The color choices are bad, everything looks fake. Worst of all it automatically reduces the screen size of certain movies recorded in the DISH DVR, some to half of the 43 inch screen which is ridiculous.
