Then when checking out was told if we sign up for the Best Buy credit card, that we would get 10% off our tv purchase. That was false info because we did not receive 10% off our tv purchase that day. I would not have signed up for the card otherwise so felt a little deceived.

Frustration on the starting of the TV

My only complaint is when I turn on the TV, it takes a long time to start. Well perhaps 6 seconds or so. And then sometimes instead of coming up on the local channels it comes up to the selection of the other networks, Netflix, etc.
