A: Just bought this TV a couple of days ago. Had the same issue, no Netflix and all the other normal icons. Took me a day, but I finally figured out that the country code was sent to “Other” country. Once I changed that to United States and gave it my ZIP Code, everything showed up. Can’t remember what I was doing when the message came up about “wrong country” but it was then that I was able to change the country code. Great tv
This was the perfect size tv for my basement. The picture is perfect and the features make this tv a must buy. I've since added the updated smart remote with voice recognition which makes it easier to use now.

Great product! Easy set up, great picture. Smart TV for an incredible price! One thing that is great is this tv is super light weight, might weigh 10 pounds max!
