Not even an option to power on to last channel watched if you are connected to the internet. I just keep i unconnected and it works okay for my needs.

I wanted to give it 3.5 but that's not a choice. I almost gave it 4 stars, not because the quality of the TV but because of the price. Then I realized that the price had gone down by $20 since I bought it exactly 3 weeks ago at the store. I called the store to see if I could get the difference back, but Oscar, the person I talked to, was very cold and not interested. He said no. I always have issues with Best Buy service. I'm not the only one. That's what moved my 3.5 to a 3 star review instead of a 4.

Not a user friendly TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from a Roku perspective and using their software ecosystem to navigate the tv menu I say this LG Smart tv is very different and frustrating. I have this for well over a month and there's apps I can't install like TikTok which other Smart TV's have. The only good thing is that you can play cloud games like Xbox and Amazon's Luna. Also my tv came with a small scratch which I noticed a week after purchase. No big deal.
