There has got to be a solution as I bought not one but two of these recently and both react the same.

He patiently explained in great detail the set-up and the operation of the television in the new system provided by Consolidated Communications Inc. The only reason we went back to Best Buy is because they had a sale on 43 inch LG which is not as good as the Samsung and we really couldn't afford. You would think I would learn after all the products we've paid for or were given as gifts have have either died or broke down

Had some issues trying to find some of the cable management pieces but wàs able to find the right one. Software is LG. I'm use to it but it has it's quirks. Sometimes, it is slow.
